Hiring: Torch-On Membrane Fixer
We are an established Local Roofing Company and are looking for a skilled, reliable and experienced Torch-On Membrane Fixer to join our team.
The Role
- Installation of high-performance torch-applied bitumen membranes.
- Ensuring all detailing, upstands, and outlets are finished to a watertight, professional standard.
- Working on both residential and commercial projects.
- Adhering strictly to site safety and "Hot Works" permits.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in torch-on membranes, improvers with some experience would also be considered.
- Reliability: Someone who shows up on time and gets the job done.
- Safety: Valid CSCS card and up-to-date Blue Roof/Hot Works training (preferred).
- Transport: Valid driving license.

Driver-labourer Job
We are a well-established company based in South Oxfordshire with a solid customer base. We have ongoing work starting immediately. You will need to be hard working and physically fit with a good work ethic and attitude.
In return we can offer you Monday to Friday hours on a self-employed basis. You can learn a trade alongside our experienced team.
Most of our work is typically within a 15-mile radius of Henley-on-Thames. We work with tiles, slate, liquid rubber and torch on membrane. Everything from a minor repair to full roof installations.
You need:
- Any building experience welcome or similar field.
- To be physically fit in line with the requirements of the job.
- A full driving license
- To enjoy working outside.

Roofing Improvers
Requirements:
• Some previous roofing experience (around 1–2 years preferred, but not essential)
• Basic knowledge of roofing tasks (repairs, flat roofing, tiles, slates, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills on the job
• Good work ethic and positive attitude
• Flexible, common-sense approach to work
• Ability to work as part of a team
